Creating the Robin Hartley experience

Robin Hartley is a building firm with a difference. As a long-established company they have built a successful business on reputation and referrals delivered through exceptional work and project management.

They blend traditional values and craftsmanship, but embrace technology and innovation in all of their building projects to sensitively restore historic buildings, renovate traditional buildings with a modern flair and create contemporary buildings with the wow factor.

Founder Robin Hartley approached TBD to create a brand that would reflect the personal and tailored experience their customers receive through the considerate approach and professional operation of the team at Robin Hartley to allow them to market the business in line with their growth ambitions.

By exploring the audiences (a mix of architects and also homeowners) who would be looking to engage Robin Hartley, we identified the need for a balanced look and feel.

The new identity can be seen here, which integrates the personalisation of the ‘H’ with thematic architectural lines that come together to form a mirrored geometric shape which projects strength, stature and impact. A truly impactful signature stamp.
